Return & Refund Policy

SYNSHO will not accept goods return/ cancellation / non-refundable if goods being shipped/ delivered.

 

SYNSHO will also not responsible / not refund if your shipment is lost in transit or during the return transit or hold by custom due to circumstance issue.

 

Synsho will not bear the taxable cost if your purchase are subject to import duties and taxes.

 

** Note: For oversea customer, Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and are not included in the overall shipping costs you pay to Synsho. When shipping something internationally, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes. These additional charges are calculated based on the item type and its value. Every country taxes items differently. If custom hold the purchase items due to Duties and taxes, customer will need to bear / pay the taxable cost to release the goods to be deliver to your receiver’s address.

 

If; for local or oversea parcel being returned by Courier Company to seller, we will only fully refund to buyer if all item is in good condition, otherwise, we have rights to non-refundable based on the item condition, eg: damaged during return transit.

 

** Note: However, for all New Image products, even courier company return to seller, we will not refund to customer due to some circumstance issue. Please do not place order, if you disagree this return and refund policy.

 

The reason why we not accept goods return/ cancel/non-refundable. We always ensure it is in good condition before deliver to your doorstep.

 

We will double confirm what customer needs, eg: item code, design, color, size, quantity, flavors, etc before delivery.
