Q: How do I place an order?
Please select your desired items (item code, design, color, size, quantity, flavors) and click “Add to cart” button on the product that you wish to purchase.

 

Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.

 

You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.

 

You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.

 

From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.

 

Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.

 

After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

 

Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

You'll receive a message from us once we have confirmed your payment is being successful paid.         

 

** If you are not a local customer, please contact our customer representative to get the estimation shipping cost before checkout, otherwise your order will be reject once receive by our customer representative.


Q: What are the payment methods available?
SYHSHO only accept CASH deposit or Online Bank Transfer. Details will show during proceed to checkout.


Q: How to change my account information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.


Q: If I have forgotten my password. What should I do to retrieve it?
Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

Click Submit.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q: Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes, ONLY if the order is still under pending status.

Please send an email to our customers representative at [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order for us to proceed your cancellation.

We will not accept any cancellation order that are in shipping or shipped.


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR.


Q. How long does the delivery takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 2 to 7 days for Ready Stock items after your order has been confirmed but for Pre-Order items it might takes up to 7 days due to pending clearance from customs. 

Estimation delivery for Pre-Order is 7-70 days (Business Days)

For Pre-Order Items. Please do not place order if you need it urgently. Thanks.


Q: How much is the shipping fees?
We offer a flat rate (unlimited weight) as following shown:- 
RM 12.00 shipping fee within West Malaysia (under Klang Valley only) 
and 
RM 16.00 shipping within East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). 

Shipping fee will be waived for orders over RM 200.00 within West Malaysia and RM 400.00 within East Malaysia. (For New Image order will be charge according to the shipping charge by New Image, RM20.00 for West M’sia and RM30 for East M’sia)

 

** Some items is under Free Shipping with no minimum spend, you can check it out while you proceed to checkout.
** For oversea customer please contact our customer representative to get the estimation shipping charges, the shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and shipping country.

Q: Do you ship to internationally and what is the rates?
Yes. Please contact our customer representative before proceed to checkout, the shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and shipping country.

Q: I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
You may track the status of your parcel from the courier services website follow the tracking number that we have provided to you. If you still haven’t received your order after 5 business days, please contact us at 
[email protected] and we will assist you further.

** Please take note: This is only for ready stock items, for Pre-Order items our customer representative will update you after the certain time)


Q: What should I do when my desired item is out of stock?
We are sincerely apologize about that. You will not able to purchase in our PRODUCT PAGE when the item is out of stock. 

Please contact us at [email protected] and you will be notified manually once the item has been restocked.

Please leave us a message for the item your desired. (item code, color, size, quantity)


Q: What if some items is on Pre-Order but some item is on Ready Stock?
We will only ship your order when all the stock is ready. If you wish to ship separately, we will charge the shipping cost separately.

** Note: Pre-Order items might take around 7-70 days to arrive upon payment is being confirmed.


Q: Does Synsho have a retail store?
No. We only have online store currently.


Q: Size Chart / Measurement
Measurement taken in cm / inch.
There might be 1-3 cm / 1.5 inch difference in the measurements due to different way measurement is taken.

Kindly refer to our Size Chart before place your order to avoid any inconvenience caused.
