Q: How do I place an order?

Please select your desired items (item code, design, color, size, quantity, flavors, etc) and click “Add to cart” button on the product that you wish to purchase


Continue Shopping to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products


You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment


You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Continue to Shipping Method” button


From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “Continue” button


Next, you'll need to choose your payment methods

After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions by tick (√).


Click “Place Your Order” to complete the order.

Q: What are the payment methods available?

SYHSHO only accept CASH deposit or Online Bank Transfer. Details will show during proceed to checkout.



Q: How to change my account information and shipping address?

Login your account → Click on My Account” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.



Q: If I have forgotten my password. What should I do to retrieve it?

Click on “Forgot Password” and fill your email address that used to register the account in the box.


Click Continue.


A verification token will be send to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q: Can I change or cancel an existing order, which has been made?

Yes, ONLY if the order is still under pending status.


Please send an email to our customers representative at [email protected] with the message title “Request to change / cancel order with your order no.” in order for us to proceed your changing or cancellation.


However, if orders are proceed by our warehouse team, then unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the said order.


We do not accept any order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.



Q: What is the product's transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be in MYR.



Q: How long does the delivery takes?

Delivery time to West & East Malaysia is 2 - 7 business days


Delivery time to International is 20 – 45 business days

It is customer's responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering as they are stated clearly on the website if the item is under PRE-ORDER (PRE-ORDER NOW) or the item is READY STOCK (ORDER NOW).

Q: Why is there a Pre-Order period?

One of the additional costs in traditional retail is for inventory. By reducing inventory, we reduce cost that translates into direct savings for our customers.



Q: How much is the shipping costs?

We work hard to offer a flat rate (unlimited weight) as following shown:- 

RM 10.00 shipping fee within West Malaysia (under Klang Valley only) 


RM 15.00 shipping within East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)


We offer free shipping for orders

RM 250.00 and over within West Malaysia


RM 450.00 and over within East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)

(For New Image order will be charge according to the shipping charge by company, RM20.00 for West M’sia and RM30 for East M’sia)


** However, some items is under Free Shipping with no minimum spend; you can check it out when you proceed to checkout.

Q: Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges (for international customer only)?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.



Q: Which shipping carries do you use?

We use Citylink, J&T and Pos Laju.



Q: How can I track my order?

You will be able to "Track your order" via our website by simply click 'My Orders'.

However, we will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has been shipped.


Or you may track the status of your parcel from the courier services website follow the tracking number that we have provided to you.

** This is only for ready stock items, for Pre-Order items, our customer representative will update you after a certain time when we receive the goods.



Q: What should I do when my desired item is out of stock?

We are sincerely apologize about that. You will not able to purchase in our PRODUCT PAGE when the item is out of stock.

Q: What if some items is on Pre-Order but some item is on Ready Stock?

We will only ship your order when all the stock is ready. If you wish to ship separately, we will charge the shipping cost separately.

Q: How does the discount codes work?

All discount codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. These discount codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases the discount code can only be redeemed once per person in order, has its unique terms and conditions to allow fair redemption and distribution of discount codes to all of our valued customers


** Please note that excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and/or discount codes may result in order or item cancellation.



Q: Does Synsho have a retail store?

No. We only have online store currently.



Q: Size Chart / Measurement

Measurement taken in cm / inch.

There might be 1-3 cm / 1.5 inch difference in the measurements due to different way measurement is taken.


Kindly refer to our Size Chart before place your order to avoid any inconvenience caused.
